Breakfast is on request, we do not offer full meal service, as you will find many great places to eat nearby. We offer cold plates such as salads, bruschetta, salami, cured ham and cheese, or similar local products for those who do not wish to go out.

The reservations and the rates include only the accommodation. All other services/extras can be requested prior and also during your stay with payment at check-out.
Check-in is from 3PM. If you need earlier access, you may enjoy our common areas at Casale including the pool. You will get all the details at self-check-in.
If you'd like BREAKFAST ☕️(15€uro/pax), please let us know through the WhatsApp chat, by 11AM the morning before, thank you. Breakfast is served only in good weather, at the outdoor tables at Casale, between 8:30AM and 10:30AM on weekdays and between 9:30AM and 11:00AM on Sundays and Holidays.
For DRINKS 🥤🍻 there is an Honesty Bar at Casale: a fridge with water €1.50/€2.50, soft drinks €2.50 and beers €4. You may help yourself, informing us through WhatsApp.
During warm season we have Tuscan artisans ICE-CREAM 🍨🍦 €4: lemon or mandarin sorbet, chocolate truffle w/spoon, cream covered w/chocolate, strawberry sorbet on a stick or biscuit sandwich. Please request through WhatsApp.
As “FOOD” 🍝 🥗 service, kindly submit your day's request by 11AM each day, we offer cold dishes with our or local production: • for lunch at the Casale from 1PM to 2PM: melon and crudo ham, mozzarella and tomatoes, pearled spelt with tuna and cherry tomatoes… or similar 15€-25€.• for evenings, we propose “aperitif” facing our horses at sunset from 7:30PM to 8:30PM : bruschetta's, hams (cold cuts) and cheeses…. or similar 20€-30€. For your kids we may prepare pasta with butter, tomato or pesto €10.
Please note that YOUR drinks and food (bought outside) should be consumed in front of your room, not in common areas at Casale.
Housekeeping 🛏️: towel change €5/pax, linen change €10, CLEANING €20/room, extra bed €30.
LAUNDRY machines, both washers and dryers are available for your use with €uro coins: 5€/cycle.
Car PARK 🚘: Each room has the right to park a normal sized car inside the property (where indicated). Any additional and oversized car will be charged 24€/day. BIKE 🚲 rent 15€/one_day-10€/day for multiple days.
SWIMMING POOL🏊♀️🏊🏼♂️ : opening hours from 10AM to 6PM. Friends of guests are allowed at 10€/hr/pax.
MULTISPORT_COURT🎾⚽️🏐🏀 : Tennis, football, volleyball, basketball 12€/hr.
Please note this is also a farm and there are ANIMALS, 2 horses🐎, 6 ducks🦆, 2 geese🪿, 40 hens🐓,3 dogs🐕 and 2 cats🐈🐈⬛. Our dogs are free and love to interact with you, and hens and ducks/geese are free 2 hours/day at sunset.
Our VEGETABLES garden🍅🍆🫑🌶️🥦🫛🥬🥒🧅🥔 is available for your use, please feel free to collect what you need.
If you want to bring your DOG 🦮 it is welcome on any ground floor room: small dog 10€/day - medium size dog 20€/day - big size dog 30€/day. If your dog is well behaved and under your control, they can stay free, but not in the pool area, also you cannot leave your dog alone in the room. Thank you for understanding 🌻
Pietrasanta (3km bike) is a lovely and charming town full of art galleries and restaurants.
Forte dei Marmi Beach is also at 3km bike from our property for your morning/evening walk.
The cities near us are Lucca, Pisa, and Florence. The Cinque Terre, Lerici/Porto Venere and Chianti are the most common visits for our interested clients. The Apuan Alps includes unique marble quarries of Carrara, and Corcia Park, a very important cave with stalactites and stalagmites of Italy.
For those who love outdoor activities: this is paradise for cyclists and hikers!
The suggested means of transport is the bicycle. 3km to the beach, 3km to Pietrasanta and 3km to Forte dei Marmi. Everything on the plain!
